It is with sadness that I advise you that Claire Flom, Joe's wife, passed away last night after a long battle with cancer. Claire has always been a part of the Firm, ever encouraging us to succeed in making our mark on our profession and our society. We will miss her.Our thoughts are with Mr. Flom and his family.
We extend our sympathies to Joe, to her daughter . . . and to their sons . . . .

Claire Flom
Claire Flom, wife to partner and uber lawyer Joe Flom, passed away on Saturday. The following message from Executive Partner Bob Sheehan was sent to all Skadden personnel today:
